Research Requests

The volunteer Library staff is happy to help with family research searching but not in-depth tracing. They will check books in the Library and guide you to other resources. Please send your request to info@lpgvgenlib.org with the key information (name, location, birth and death dates, etc.). For more in-depth research, the Library staff can connect you with a certified genealogist, if you desire.

Circulation

The collection of materials in the Library is vast and covers many subjects to help in family research. Unlike many genealogy research libraries, the majority of the books may be checked-out by persons who possess a library card, which can easily be secured by application. Using this security measure helps the Library minimize losses of the valuable books in the collection.
